About Aureus Park Truffles
For many years we have had an interest in fungi and farming. In 1999
we combined these interests to begin developing one of the first
Black Truffle plantations in Victoria. Our farm is in the
picturesque Yarra Ranges by the banks of the Woori Yallock
Creek. Our area, renowned for wildlife, mountain ash forests and the
Puffing Billy Railway, is increasingly becoming known for fresh
gourmet produce in addition to our quality restaurants and wineries.
